With the Drupal Panels team focusing only the development of Panels 3, TBP has upgraded existing Boxes to be Panels 3 compatible while retaining their compatibility with Panels 2. If you are not a Drupal Panels user, then this news does not affect you. If you are a Panels 2 user, you can continue to browse the library for P2 compatible Boxes. P3 users enjoy the most from the library as both existing and future Boxes will be P3 compatible.
In TBP website, there are 2 factions. One is made up of users who use the Html solution, and the other the Drupal solution. The former is not affected at all throughout this Panels upgrade. If you are one of them, place your mind at ease, and continue to use the site normally.
For Drupal solution users, the workflow is as follows:
