Visit the menu link at: My Menu > Create Content > Post.
- Type a title which best summarises your question, so that it is informative, and lets another user understands and decides if he can help when he browses through the list of titles. Otherwise, he might skip your post when he might be in a position to help.
- Choose the Help category - Box Request.
- Describe as detailed as possible how you want your Box to be. If there is a picture on another site which helps another person to visualise, do provide the link.
- Lastly, your Box request is subjected to the technical difficulty in creating it, the availability of a person who is able to help, and the tone of the request (text containing, but not limited to, profanities, insults, rude, vulgar, desecrating, and/or disrespect most oftenly invites negative treatment).
