This handbook serves to help you better understand how this site works, and lets you find answers to your questions promptly.

How to browse the Box Library?

Visit the menu link at: Library > Main Library.

The Boxes are listed in a descending chronological order; Boxes which are added/updated most recently appear first, and Boxes which have the oldest added/updated date appear last.

At the bottom of the library page, there is a paging navigation bar which allows you to browse the library more efficiently.

If you are looking for specific Boxes, you might to do a search here. More information can be found here in the latter part of this handbook.

How to search for specific boxes?

Visit the menu link at: Library > Search Boxes.

A list of available tags appear at the top, in the form of checkboxes. You can have any combination of these tags, and a preview search result is displayed at the bottom. This is handy because you don't have to leave the search page to know what the results are. A sample of 3 boxes are selected and displayed before you decide if you want the full results.

If you want the full results, click on the Go button.

How to post questions asking for help?

Visit the menu link at: My Menu > Create Content > Post.

Type a title which best summarises your question, so that it is informative, and lets another user understands and decides if he can help when he browses through the list of titles. Otherwise, he might skip your post when he might be in a position to help.
Choose a category which best describes your question.

How to make a Box Request?

Visit the menu link at: My Menu > Create Content > Post.

Type a title which best summarises your question, so that it is informative, and lets another user understands and decides if he can help when he browses through the list of titles. Otherwise, he might skip your post when he might be in a position to help.
Choose the Help category - Box Request.
Describe as detailed as possible how you want your Box to be. If there is a picture on another site which helps another person to visualise, do provide the link.
Lastly, your Box request is subjected to the technical difficulty in creating it, the availability of a person who is able to help, and the tone of the request (text containing, but not limited to, profanities, insults, rude, vulgar, desecrating, and/or disrespect most oftenly invites negative treatment).
